Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We use booking details to operate your transfer: dispatching the driver, tracking your inbound flight, contacting you about pickup logistics, and sending confirmations and receipts. Trip details are shared with the driver and dispatch team assigned to your booking, with our payment processor to complete the transaction, and with service providers who host our systems. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Booking records are kept as long as needed for operations, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. If you ask us to remove your personal information sooner, we will do so unless a legal obligation requires that we keep it.
